Booth Options: 8'x10' - $13,000 | Island Booth 8'x20' - $25,000

What’s included:

• Exhibit space Thursday through Saturday (no hours on Sunday)

• Unopposed exhibit time with your target audience

• All booths equipped with 8' backdrop and 3' side draperies; the basic rate includes: perimeter watchman/security guard, daily cleaning of aisles, general lighting, ventilation and a 7" x 44" two line identification sign

• 4 complimentary badges per 8'x10' booth and 8 badges per 8'x20' booth; additional badges may be purchase for $750 each

• Highlighted listing, company logo, 100-word description and upload of a promotional piece (PDF max 10MB) in the meeting app (premier exhibitors display first and then again in alphabetical order)
   

Reservations and Payments

To reserve exhibit space, complete the online application which requires a 50% deposit. All payments must be made by credit card, check or draft drawn on a U.S. Bank made payable to “RWC Exhibits.” The balance is due on March 1, 2024; an invoice will be mailed 30 days prior to the due date. The Federal ID number is #30-0747466.
