  • Lanyard (2 available): Corporate logos rotating on the name badge lanyard worn by attendees of both programs.
  • Meeting Bag (2 available): Corporate logos printed on meeting bags provided to attendees of both programs so they can carry their materials.
  • Hotel Keycard (1 available): Product or corporate branded keycards used by attendees of both programs to access their hotel rooms.

Silver Level - $15,000

  • Digital Billboard: Product or corporate ad displayed on a monitor placed in a high traffic area.

  • Premier Exhibitor Upgrade: Includes company logo, highlighted listing and 100-word description in the meeting app.

Bronze Level - $9,500
  • Email Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list of both programs.
  • Signage Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on meeting signage at the entrance of both programs.
  • PowerPoint Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room of both programs.
  • Meeting App Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level under the Meeting Sponsorship section of the combined app.
  • Program Notebook Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on the Meeting Sponsorship page of the combined program notebook.
  • Sponsor Ribbon: A ribbon will be attached to your exhibit badge to distinguish you as a valued sponsor.
  • Video Interview: A representative from your booth will be interviewed by exhibit staff and video will play on a loop in the meeting space.
Emerging Startup Companies - $4,500

Your product isn't quite ready for market, but you're more than ready to share it with your target audience! We support our innovators need to be strategic with a sponsorship opportunity priced for emerging startup companies. Only valid for one year (during growth phase) then 10% booth discount potentially in year two (once product is approved) and full price booth thereafter.

What’s included:

  • Meeting App Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description listed on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page in the official combined meeting app, historically downloaded by 95% of attendees of both programs. Used prior to the meeting to help plan their day, used onsite as a schedule guide and to follow along to presentations, and continue to be used after the meeting as a year-long resource. 
  • Program Notebook Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website, phone number and 100-word description on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page of the combined program notebook given to attendees of both programs upon check-in so they can take notes during sessions.
  • Email Listing: Sponsor logos listed by category/level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list of both programs.
  • Signage Listing: Sponsor logos listed by category/level on meeting signage at the entrance of both programs.

Column Wrap - $11,000 (limited availability)

Display your product/corporate message prominently on all four sides of a column for all attendees to see as they enter and exit the meeting space.

Java Jacket - $10,000 (exclusive)

Corporate or product branded coffee sleeves set out during all exhibit breaks throughout the meeting.

Meeting App - $7,750 (2 available)

Attract more attention before, during and after the meeting as sponsor of the official meeting app. The opening splash screen helps you to make a strong first impression; users will see this half screen promotion every time they open the app. Rotating banner ads help you attract more leads by rotating up to 3 different banner ads per sponsor at the bottom of the screen.

Social Media Backdrop - $7,500 (limited availability)

Promote your corporate logo on the official OSN New York & Retina step-and-repeat social media backdrop placed near registration for all attendees to see and to use for selfies and social media posts!

Mobile Device Charging Station - $7,500 (limited availability)

Promote your company/product on the charging station (able to charge 4 devices at once!) placed in the meeting area for all convenient attendee usage.

Exhibit Hall Map Sponsor - $7,500 (exclusive)

Exhibit Hall map flyers with your company/product ad distributed to all attendees so they can easily locate companies in the hall.

Meeting Space- $7,500 (limited availability)

Private room for use during non-meeting hours; right of first refusal to gold/silver/bronze level sponsors.

Program Notebook Premium Position Ad (Cover 3) - $7,500 (exclusive)

Corporate/product-branded ad on the inside back cover of the program notebook provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for more paper!).

Program Notebook Inside Page Ad - $5,000 (limited availability)

Corporate/product-branded ad on an inside page of the program notebook provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for more paper!).

Beverage Station - $3,500 (limited availability)

Promote your corporate or product logo on branded cups, napkins and signage at the beverage station in the exhibit hall during one of the breaks.

Pens - $2,500 (exclusive)

Corporate logo on the pens provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for another pen!).

Video Interview - $1,500

A representative from your booth will be interviewed by exhibit staff and 30-second video will play on a loop in the meeting space.

Meeting Bag Insert - $1,000

Place your product/corporate brochure or flyer in the official meeting bag given to all attendees so they can carry their materials.
