Bronze Level - $5,000

  • Email Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list.

  • Signage Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on meeting signage.

  • PowerPoint Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room.

  • Meeting App Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level under the Meeting Sponsorship section of the app.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on the Meeting Sponsorship page of the program notebook.

  • Sponsor Ribbon: A ribbon will be attached to your exhibit badge to distinguish you as a valued sponsor.

  • Video Interview: A representative from your booth will be interviewed by exhibit staff and video will play on a loop in the meeting space.
Emerging Startup Companies - $5,000

Your product isn't quite ready for market, but you're more than ready to share it with your target audience! We support our innovators need to be strategic with a sponsorship opportunity priced for emerging startup companies. Only valid for one year (during growth phase) then 10% booth discount potentially in year two (once product is approved) and full price booth thereafter.

What’s included:

  • Meeting App Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description listed on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page in the official meeting app, historically downloaded by 95% of attendees. Used prior to the meeting to help plan their day, used onsite as a schedule guide and to follow along to presentations, and continue to be used after the meeting as a year-long resource.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page of the program notebook given to all attendees upon check-in so they can take notes during sessions.

  • Signage Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on Meeting Signage placed in the meeting space for all to see throughout the week.

  • PowerPoint Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on a PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room.

  • Email Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list of attendees a few days prior to the meeting.

Promote your company/product (or drive traffic to your booth) with a cling advertisement prominently displayed along the escalator walls for all to see.

Program Notebook Inside Page Ad - $8,500 (limited availability)

Corporate or product branded ad on an inside page of the program notebook provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for more paper!).

Mobile Device Charging Station - $8,500 (limited availability)

Promote your company or product on the charging station (able to charge 4 devices at once!) placed in the meeting area for all convenient attendee usage.

Mobile App Banner Ad - $7,500 (limited quantities)

Promote your company or product on the meeting's official mobile app. Banner ads will rotate on the screen as attendees utilize the app. Ad clicks will drive traffic to your exhibit booth or company/product website.

Exhibit Hall Floor Cling - Call for pricing (limited availability)

Promote your company or product (or drive traffic to your booth) prominently in the exhibit hall foyer area for all to see.

Pens - $3,500 (exclusive)

Corporate logo on the pens provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for another pen!).

EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES  

Refreshment Break - $15,000 (all 6 breaks), $7,500 (2 breaks), $5,000 (1 break)

Promote your company or product logo on branded cups, napkins and signage at the beverage station in the exhibit hall during the break(s).

New Technology Showdown Sponsor - $4,500 

Sponsoring companies may select the faculty, topic and/or content. This sponsorship will be recognized during the session as well as on the program notebook, meeting app, website, PowerPoint and signage.
