Bronze Level - $8,500

  • Email Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list.

  • Signage Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on meeting signage.

  • PowerPoint Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room.

  • Meeting App Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level under the Meeting Sponsorship section of the app.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on the Meeting Sponsorship page of the program notebook.

  • Sponsor Ribbon: A ribbon will be attached to your exhibit badge to distinguish you as a valued sponsor.

  • Video Interview: A representative from your booth will be interviewed by exhibit staff and video will play on a loop in the meeting space.
Emerging Startup Companies - $5,000

Your product isn't quite ready for market, but you're more than ready to share it with your target audience! We support our innovators need to be strategic with a sponsorship opportunity priced for emerging startup companies. Only valid for one year (during growth phase) then 10% booth discount potentially in year two (once product is approved) and full price booth thereafter.

What’s included:

  • Meeting App Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description listed on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page in the official meeting app, historically downloaded by 95% of attendees. Used prior to the meeting to help plan their day, used onsite as a schedule guide and to follow along to presentations, and continue to be used after the meeting as a year-long resource.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page of the program notebook given to all attendees upon check-in so they can take notes during sessions.

  • Signage Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on Meeting Signage placed in the meeting space for all to see throughout the week.

  • PowerPoint Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on a PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room.

  • Email Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list of attendees a few days prior to the meeting.

  • Meeting Badges: Two complimentary meeting badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $1,000 each.

Meeting App - $7,500 each (2 available)

Attract more attention before, during and after the meeting as a sponsor of the official meeting app. The opening splash screen helps you to make a strong first impression; users will see this half screen promotion every time they open the app. Banner ads help you attract more leads by rotating up to 3 different banner ads per sponsor at the bottom of the screen.

Entrance Door Sponsor - $8,500 (exclusive)

Display your company/product message prominently on two monitors near the entrance for all attendees to see as they enter and exit the meeting space.

Java Jackets - $10,000 (exclusive)

Company/product branded coffee sleeves set out during all exhibit breaks throughout the meeting.

Mobile Device Charging Station - $8,000 (limited availability)

Promote your company/product on the charging station (able to charge 4 devices at once!) placed in the meeting area for all convenient attendee usage.

Social Media Backdrop - $7,500 (limited availability)

Promote your corporate logo on the official Kiawah Eye step-and-repeat social media backdrop placed near registration for all attendees to see and to use for selfies and social media posts!

Exhibit Hall Map Sponsor - $7,500 (exclusive)

Exhibit Hall map flyers with your company/product ad distributed to all attendees so they can easily locate companies in the hall.

Program Notebook Inside Page Ad - $2,500 (limited availability)

Company/product branded ad on an inside page of the program notebook provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for more paper!).

Beverage Station - $3,500 (limited availability)

Promote your company/product logo on branded cups, napkins and signage at the beverage station in the exhibit hall during one of the breaks.

Pens - $2,000 (exclusive)

Corporate logo on the pens provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for another pen!).

Video Interview - $2,500

A representative from your booth will be interviewed by exhibit staff and 30-second video will play on a loop in the meeting space.

Meeting Bag Insert - $1,500 (exclusive)

Place your company/product brochure or flyer in the official meeting bag given to all attendees so they can carry their materials.
