Gold Level - $32,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax)

  • Private Meeting Room: Four hours of private room space; additional requests start at $5,000 per 4-hour block of time.

  • Program Notebook Ads: Product or corporate branded ad printed on the front inside cover and back outside cover premium positions.
  • Lanyard: Corporate logo on the name badge lanyard worn by all attendees.
  • Meeting Bag: Corporate logo on meeting bags provided to all attendees so they can carry their materials.
  • Hotel Keycard: Product or corporate branded keycards used by attendees to access their hotel rooms.
Silver Level - $18,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax)

  • Digital Billboard: Product or corporate ad displayed on a monitor placed in a high traffic area.

  • Premier Exhibitor Upgrade: Includes company logo, highlighted listing and 100-word description in the meeting app.

  • Option to Book Private Meeting Room: Available to silver sponsors (after gold sponsors' first right of refusal) for $7,500 per day.

Bronze Level - $7,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax)

  • Email Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list.

  • Signage Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on meeting signage.

  • PowerPoint Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room.

  • Meeting App Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level under the Meeting Sponsorship section of the app.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on the Meeting Sponsorship page of the program notebook.

  • Sponsor Ribbon: A ribbon will be attached to your exhibit badge to distinguish you as a valued sponsor.

  • Video Interview: A representative from your booth will be interviewed by exhibit staff and video will play on a loop in the meeting space.

  • Option to Book Private Meeting Room: Available to bronze sponsors (after gold/silver sponsors' first right of refusal) for $8,500 per day.

Emerging Startup Companies - $12,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax)

Your product isn't quite ready for market, but you're more than ready to share it with your target audience! We support our innovators need to be strategic with a sponsorship opportunity priced for emerging startup companies. Only valid for one year (during growth phase) then 10% booth discount potentially in year two (once product is approved) and full price booth thereafter.

What’s included:

  • Meeting App Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description listed on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page in the official meeting app, historically downloaded by 95% of attendees. Used prior to the meeting to help plan their day, used onsite as a schedule guide and to follow along to presentations, and continue to be used after the meeting as a year-long resource.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page of the program notebook given to all attendees upon check-in so they can take notes during sessions.

  • Signage Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on Meeting Signage placed in the meeting space for all to see throughout the week.

  • PowerPoint Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on a PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room.

  • Email Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level sent from the meeting to the entire pre-registration list of attendees a few days prior to the meeting.

  • Meeting Badges: Two complimentary meeting badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $1,000 each (plus Hawaii excise tax).

Meeting App - $27,000 each (plus Hawaii excise tax): 2 available

Attract more attention before, during and after the meeting as a sponsor of the official meeting app. The opening splash screen helps you to make a strong first impression; users will see this half screen promotion every time they open the app. Rotating banner ads help you attract more leads by rotating up to 3 different banner ads per sponsor at the bottom of the screen.

Lounge Area - $20,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax): Exclusive

Promote your company/product within the one-and-only sponsored lounge area, which consists of a 10'x20' distinguished space with tables, chairs and charging stations as well as your branding on cups, napkins and your digital advertising displayed on a TV monitor. The meeting will also produce a 22x28” welcome/recognition sign and tabletop signs near chargers.

Java Jackets - $15,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax): Exclusive

corporate or product branded coffee sleeves set out during all exhibit breaks throughout the meeting.

Column Wrap - $12,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax): Limited availability

Display your product or corporate message prominently on all sides of a column for all attendees to see as they enter and exit the meeting space.

Restroom Mirror Cling - $10,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax): Limited availability

Display your product or corporate message prominently on the men's/women's restoom mirrors located in the meeting space.

Program Notebook Premium Position Ad on Back Inside Cover (Cover 3) - $10,000 (plus Hawaii excise tax): Exclusive

Corporate or product branded ad on the program notebook provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for more paper!).

Mobile Device Charging Station - $8,500 (plus Hawaii excise tax): Limited availability

Promote your company or product on the charging station (able to charge 4 devices at once!) placed in the meeting area for all convenient attendee usage.

Corporate logo on the pens provided to all attendees so they can take notes during presentations (and because attendees are always asking us for another pen!).

Video Interview - $2,500 (plus Hawaii excise tax)

A representative from your booth will be interviewed by exhibit staff and 30-second video will play on a loop in the meeting space.
