Booth Options: 6'x10' Booth - $14,900 (plus Hawaii excise tax) | Island Booth 12'x20' - $77,900 (plus Hawaii excise tax)

Returning in 2024! Request booth placement in "Retina Row" - the go-to meeting area for retina attendees and exhibitors, which can be easily located through floor stickers and aisle signage. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis.

Premier Exhibitor Upgrade - $3,500 (plus Hawaii excise tax)

Reservations and Payments

To reserve exhibit space, complete the online application which requires a 50% deposit. All payments must be made by credit card, check or draft drawn on a U.S. Bank made payable to “Hawaiian Eye Exhibits.” The balance is due on October 18, 2024; an invoice will be mailed 30 days prior to the due date. The Hawaiian Eye & Retina Federal ID number is #27-4318741.
